Located in Ventura, New Mexico, United States. Beach side cottage walking distance to beach, food & shopping! Clean, cozy, boho, minimal, beach bungalow in a central Ventura area in Pierpont. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, and shopping options.There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms on opposite sides of the house: 1 with a king sized memory foam mattress (more firm than not) and bathroom inside. 1 bedroom with a full sized sleeper sofa that's prepared as a bed.We also have two cots, suitable for children and twin sized sleepers. Bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and towels. Beach towels also provided. There is a large backyard with a large bench (fits 3-4 people) and cornhole. There is also a small outdoor "tub" shower for cleaning off any sand or in case your pets get dirty.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups and silverware — ready for anyone to make a delicious meal! There is also a nespresso machine with a frother and a keurig. However, it is BYOC (bring your
