The space is an amazing gathering place for families. Tons of space for cooking meals and entertaining. The outdoor space is amazing as well with a separate outdoor kitchen, grill, and fireplace. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and both have covers in case you have small children that you want to keep out :).You will be able to access the whole property, except for the garage, apartment above the garage, and back yard of the garage. The rest of the space is yours! Our daughter comes and goes out of the apartment above the garage. You may or may not see her. She will reach out to you, however, and be your contact for any onsite needs.Parking: Please note that we do not allow more than 3 cars. All cars must always be parked in the driveway and there is no street parking allowed as it is on a privately owned street. :)Guests: We do not allow more than 10 guests
