It has beautiful marble floors throughout. The new flooring was finished in October of 2022. This unit is fully stocked and it is the closest to the pool area. The garage is also a quick elevator ride to your unit. Unlike the majority of the units at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort, this unit has its own landscaped large PRIVATE patio, literally steps away from the pool and pool bar. Take a look at one of the posted pictures for a visual image of the large patio. Just open your small patio gate and you will be about 25 feet from the pool area.
