This home is on the Pend Oreille river, 15 minutes from Sandpoint. Premises include 2 slip dock, beautiful landscaped yard, fire pit and hot tub. The pictures do not do it justice. Year round activities include: hiking, dining, swimming, shopping, boating, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking. Silverwood, Schweitzer Mountain, Coeur D Alene are all nearby.
