We are excited to offer our two bedroom, end unit, gulf front condo with fabulous views of the gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining room, and spectacular views of the boats cruising the intracoastal waterway from the bedrooms. **Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late February 2023 through May 2024. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay (some parking may be moved across the street into our overflow parking lot.) Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm. Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise.
