Near Beach, Pool, Paradise Awaits Adult Only The Green Room This is an adult only private luxury home 30 minutes from Tampa Airport , nestled between Clearwater, St Petersburg and close to the beautiful gulf beaches! Our home sit’s on 1 acre of natural Florida landscaping.Guests have private entrance to your suites with full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large cable tv, free wi fi and internet access, use of large salt water pool, gas grill, private sunbathing area, 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of seating areas. Firewood is available to guests for $7 per bundle. We do provide gas for the Gas Grill, coin laundry, located in the garage, as well as free ice. This room does not open up to the pool this room is in the front of the house. The room that opens to the pool is the West Wing.
