This listing allows for both units to be rented together. Both the upstairs and downstairs units each have two bedrooms - one bathroom and one kitchen. Each unit has it’s own entrance and off street parking space. No parties allowed. The backyard is clean and set up for our guests. Note quiet hours between- 8 am 9pm due to city noise ordinance - maximum 8 sleeping guest - 4 daytime visitors.The Space:The whole home can be used.Guest Access:Guest have access to all of the home.The Neighborhood:The home is located in West End Neighborhood of Downtown Santa Rosa. This is an urban area. You can walk, ride a bike and take a train to other parts of Sonoma County. You will also be exposed to a wide range of people.
