West Nashville neighborhood, green, quiet, 10 min to downtown The Cottage is a private guest house nestled behind the main house, a classic 1960's brick ranch house, that sits on a large one-acre lot in west Nashville. You can live like a Nashville native here. It is a comfy, make-yourself-at-home kind of place in a quiet, safe, neighborhood with beautiful trees. Hardwood floors though out feel good under your feet and ceiling fans provide that fresh air feeling. You have private, covered parking and easy access to downtown by car, Uber, or bus. It's close to I-40 and Charlotte Pike but no traffic noise. You can walk to Nashville West shopping center, multiple restaurants, and bus stop. The nearby Charlotte Pike is loaded with a variety of American and ethnic restaurants and has earned a reputation as a culinary hot spot by the foodies in town. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with all the cooking basics. The only equipment we don't have yet is a dishwasher but we're working on that. W
