Within walking distance to Crescent Lake park with walking trails, greenspace, pickle ball courts, and a dog park.The 4th street corridor is full of restaurants, shops and historic Sunken Gardens.Downtown St. Pete is about a mile away with over a dozen museums, shopping, many restaurants, bars, and a vibrant waterfront.Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 10:00 a.m. Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES.
