Located in Silver City, South Dakota, United States. Middle of town lodge style cottage The Swan St Cottage is a quaint but cozy lodge style place located exactly in the middle of Silver City. It was our first home for our family of 6 for 10+ years and as our girls continue to grow it is updated and cared for by all of us. It took a while before we noticed one of our daughters was leaving her signature (J) on her work. It can be spotted sporadically throughout the property. What we love…If you are looking to be in the Gila wilderness you can take a drive in various directions and be there in about 30 minutes. We have a fenced in backyard where behaved dogs are welcome with a fee. We are less than a mile from the track, schools and hospital. Even though traffic can be a little busy on weekdays around 8am and around 3pm you can’t hear it in the house or even in the backyard. We have had the same great neighbors for the last 15 years who watch out for each other. We support Local Artists who display and sell their art in the home. We have
