It is in the South Farm district, with easy access to town and beach, located on a large private lot yet near bike and hiking trails, parks and fire pit.The Cottage amenities are listed above. Outside the Cottage are: a comfortable dining area with BBQ, inviting front porch with delightful rockers and swing, remote seating for just hanging out, a hot tub and parking for 3 cars. The Cottage hosts an open main floor plan with primary bedroom and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs includes one bedroom with a full over full bunk bed (great for children and adults!) and the Creekside Bedroom which is a wonderful retreat with west view of creek woodland and the hushed sound of the ocean wav
