It also presents a flexible layout, a skylit, an open main floor, and a vaulted-ceiling loft. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it can comfortably sleep 7-8 guests. The estate is part of a four-home co-op that owns and maintains the 10 acres. So there are three other "condos" buildings, but no walls intersect with them, except for a mudroom. The land around the co-op is called the Upwey Meadow Area, and the Upwey Valley Trust has purchased Trails to preserve the land area around the house so that no industrialization will occur.
