Located on a private dead end road with very little traffic, this lakefront property is 25 minutes to Saratoga Springs and its renown Racetracks, and only 30 minutes to Lake George Village and the Queensbury Shopping outlets. The lakefront cottage comes with the use of a double ocean kayak (great for swimming and diving off of), a single kayak, canoe, rowboat for fishing, and an antique pontoon paddle boat for two. There are 2 adult bikes on the property, and for an extra charge we may be able to furnish a tandem bicycle and/or 2 stand up paddle boards. Enjoy spectacular sunsets sitting in Adirondack chairs on our 80' dock.
