Bohemian often refers to one who has their own style, is a bit unconventional, and one who may travel from place to place.Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, or other precious metals. As a philosophy, it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise.We wanted to combine the two, taking the Bohemian artful traveler and Kintsugi philosophy which makes beauty out of broken things and bring them to you in what once was a neglected home in a quiet country town in such a beautiful setting.
