Welcome to our Beach House on the South End of Long Beach Island, a clean cozy beach retreat in Holgate, 4 doors from the beach. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with an outdoor shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a King Bed (and a sun deck) and The Pink Room has two Twin Beds. The other two bedrooms are downstairs with Queen Beds. All 4 bedrooms have independent mini split air conditioners.The living room has a large sectional sofa, with a cathedral ceiling, skylight, updated AC unit, and a Sonos speaker.The house has Wifi and one TV in the downstairs bedroom with Apple TV.There's a large front porch for morning coffee and sunset views. The back screened in porch has a table that seats 8. There is an ample size backyard with sofa/lounge area, cornhole, a Weber grill (propane) and a garden you're welcome to borrow from for dinner night.
