Plus a large private patio off the addition. Every bedroom has a private bath and door to the outside.Please note: the pool is not fenced or gated. The pool can be heated for an extra $250/day. This is the cost of our propane to heat the pool. Unfortunately, propane is very expensive these days ($5/gallon) and the pool heater can use 50/gallons per day to heat the pool.
