Aside from the 12 beaches that are only available to Frye Island owners and renters, this newly updated rental also offers semi-private beach access (shared with only the owner). We provide beach chairs, a boat dock and brand new mooring (for one boat or watercraft after June 1st) all at a non-waterfront price. We have installed heating pumps for to keep the place warm or cool.
