You will be at 8,100 feet with mountain views. Secluded in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Evergreen, this is the perfect spot to get away and relax.The space can fit 4 guests. One bedroom with a King Casper mattress and a pull-out sofa with Queen Tempurpedic mattress. There is a flex room that can serve as an office and mini gym. Basic gym equipment provided includes a medicine ball, adjustable free weights, resistance bands, yoga gear, jump rope and foam roll. The bathroom is newly updated with a washer-dryer built in. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from the coffee bar and enjoy the 55 inch smart TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a large countertop conventional oven, hot plate, fridge and kitchenware basics.Please park in the driveway where the sign is marked "Guest Parking".
