Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with large TV, DVD. Modern kitchen equipped for family gatherings! The 1st floor (with its own private entrance) has Bedroom 2, with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bathroom. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed – they share a bathroom. The 3rd floor has the primary bedroom with a king bed, a new flat screen tv, private bath and private balcony! Bedroom 5, 3rd floor as well, has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and private bath. This oasis has a fenced in yard with a wonderful sitting area under the palapa and and a nice patio area with a propane grill. Guests do not get garage access – but there is plenty of spacious parking in the driveway (4 – 6 spaces depending on size of vehicle).
