The ocean is reached by a short walk on one of the few sandy roads left on the Cape. Because of the short sandy road the neighborhood is quiet, and travelled only by people vacationing there and yet the house is central to most of the attractions of the cape. Located near Hyannis, Sea Gull Beach, Ferries, Restaurants*, Shopping, Golf, Summer Theater and more. The house has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds. The large living area (14 x 22) has a large sectional sofa, plus a sofa with a full pullout bed, and a piano. Private yard with over-sized patio (18x25) and outdoor shower.
