The community is built around an 18 hole, par 61, executive golf course. The Salt Pond community also offers tennis courts, an outdoor swimming with kiddie pool, a sand volleyball court, and a basketball court. The clubhouse features an indoor swimming pool and spa, exercise room, and ping pong. The community is also built around the 'salt pond', one-hundred acres of protected salt water. Our unit features two large bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and cable TV, the second has two twin beds with trundles, dresser, and sliding doors that walk out to a large deck that overlooks the 15th green.
