The cabin is located up the road from the river, and well worth the short walk to enjoy all the river provides!  You can fish, as the Village does stock the river monthly.  There is a hidden gem of a park once you cross the bridge to the left and meander on the river trail you will be upon it!  Take a picnic lunch,or grill on the charcoal grills at the park (season permitting, check with office).  The .25 mile river trail will also lead you to other more public picnic sites, several pavilions, a playground for the kids, and Ruidoso Visitors Center.The cabin is located off our main street, and within walking distance to Cornerstone Bakery Cafe which is a Ruidoso Favorite place for great breakfasts and lunch. There are other restaurants within walking distance to suite your taste. Walk off your breakfast to our midtown district which is less than 1 mile up Sudderth.Wind down and relax at this wonderfully comfortable
