The DiPeso House is located in a remote section of the Amerind Foundation campus, which sits on 1900 acres. At an elevation of 5000’ above sea level, our climate is pleasant year round.The DiPeso House is 3,000 sq ft and was constructed in the late 1950s but has all the modern conveniences. It is the ideal setting for quiet getaways, family gatherings, retreats and more. This four bedroom, 3 bath house features a large living room with fireplace, a library, dining room, wonderful kitchen (stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more), laundry room, family room, master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, bedroom with 2 twin beds sharing a bath with a bedroom with a queen size bed.
