Fronting on the Little Tennessee River. The charming cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with comfortable beds for four people. The sun-room can also be used as a separate bedroom. The cottage is fully furnished, has a DVD monitor and player, but no TV service, satellite internet service with computer and Wi-Fi and has lovely landscaping with tall trees all around. It also boasts two outdoor entertainment areas - one screened and one open with a roof above. The location is quite rural, but easily accessible to a major highway. About 12 miles from Franklin, NC and 3 miles from the Georgia border and shopping center.. The closest airport would be Asheville, North Carolina, about an hour's drive. We welcome pets.
