Newly painted stylish cozy private studio (a tropical getaway), by itself on the corner of the owner's property surrounded by tropical trees, shrubs, and flowers along with soursop and avocado trees. It has a hard tile floor, granite bar, tiled walk-in shower, ceiling fan, smart tv (no cable but if you have Hulu or Netflix account that should work), kitchen amenities, and nuke wave hot plate, blender, coffee machine, steamer, pots, and pans and a variety of spices and condiments. It's on county water (Hilo water is possibly the best in the nation and very safe to drink right from the tap!). It's in a nice, coo, and safe neighborhood centrally located to all major tourist attraction sites. This studio boasts cleanliness and a very comfortable SlumberWorld queen mattress.Also a comfy love seat, and a nice seating area with a table on the private lanai.
