Harbor Island is a small, laid back, private island with over 2 miles of dunes and sugar sand beach. There is no public access so the beach is always uncrowded. Activities abound, fishing, crabbing, shelling, kayaking and bicycling and much more. There are only a few ocean front villas on the island, and they are located in either the D or K buildings. Our unit is in K which is more secluded and private than D. K is also closer to the Beach and Raquet Club, which is the activity center of the island. The club has an Olympic swimming pool, kiddie pool, and children's playground. The club house has an aerobic room and weight room on the lower level.
