There is one house in sight, next door. No other houses, woods lake and wildlife until you go about 1/2 mile past this spot. Masons Boat Dock and Marina is about a mile away with free boat launch/ kayak launch.Open living area and kitchen. Set up with a queen bed in the living area so guests can wake up with view of the water from the window. Living area has sofa. Kitchen has 2 bar stools at counter to eat while looking out.
