The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants in Jasper (nine miles away) and to Smith Lake recreation (six miles to Duncan Bridge and the marina there). The house is fully furnished, clean and well-maintained, with new central air conditioning and heating. All the bedrooms have overhead fans. The three bedrooms can sleep 5, and a futon in the den can sleep 1-2. There's a full bathroom near the bedrooms and a second bathroom off the den at the other end of the house. Among the pleasures of this rural setting are the outstanding views on all sides. (A tip: the changing light at sunrise is worth getting up early for!)
