There is a ocean breeze with a limited view of the water and Swan’s Island which is a short ferry ride away. A small brook runs beside the property offering the sound of running water in the spring that becomes a trickle by the dog days of summer. Newly constructed this spring is a 400 square foot deck that wraps around the back of the property offering an ideal spot to relax.A short walk to the ocean, the house is minutes from Acadia National Park and approximately a 20-30 minute drive to Bar Harbor.
