You can get to the parts of the park within 10 minutes and to Bar Harbor in about 30 minutes.The Aldernest Cottage is adjoining our home overlooking Blue Hill Bay. The rocky shore front of Maine is just a short walk across the lawn. You can have your coffee in the morning sitting on the rocks while you enjoy our private, peaceful setting. In the evening you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets that will probably take your breath away.The Aldernest Loft (upstairs apartment) has two carpeted bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twins.
