It has its own deck on the back with access to a grill and gas fire pit upon request. The inside has an “open-floor concept” with the kitchen, dining, and living room combined. There’s a master bedroom with laundry on the first floor, along with a large, handicapped accessible bathroom. Upstairs is another huge living room/playroom for the kids or second couple. There are twin beds, games, books, and another large bathroom! There’s also a queen size sleeper sofa, with a memory foam mattress topper to put on it for additional comfort.Outside is a deck, with bird feeders in the yard and access to bocce, and croquet. It is on a country road in which some of our neighbors are Amish down the street. The owners’ main house is also on the property…but all completely separate entrances.
