It offers a large boat house with an electrical lift. There is 30 feet additional docking space along the side channel. Enjoy sunsets down the main channel from the point of this corner lot. A swim ladder is on the point.This rental has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and one full bath. A full size futon bed is available in the living room. Please provide your own queen sheets, blankets, pillows and bath towels. If you are unable to bring these items we can provide a set at no charge, just request at booking. This helps keep our cleaning fee to a minimum.O
