Pretty beach house near URI, Newport

Located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, United States. Pretty beach house near URI, Newport This is a pretty little beach house with beach rights to a small Beach within walking distance ( less than a mile). The small beach near the house is called Ed's Beach. To get to Ed's Beach go out to Waldron avenue and turn right until you get to Worsley and turn right again. Worsley leads right into the parking lot of the beach. Please note this house is not on the water but very close to the water with beach access rights and parking rights. The house is very convenient to Newport, URI, Quonset point and Narragansett. I do live here in the winters so this isn't a completely empty rental house, with nothing in the closet. I do provide drawer space and space for luggage for my guests. Please understand this isn't a vacant house, and There are items belonging to me in the house.
