Outside the floating dock is perfect for the in and out of swimming and kayaks. We have one paddle board, five single kayaks and one tandem kayak. You'll love spending the days outside, grilling or having a fire. We do have a fire pit. Wood is not supplied. Inside, the main bedroom (queen size bed) connects with the second bedroom (twin size bed and trundle) and both have new vinyl plank flooring and streaming tvs. The second bedroom leads into the bathroom where a second door takes you to the kitchen. The kitchen has most of what we think you will need. We have included a coffee and tea station with an electric kettle and a frother. The screened patio area has a tv, six seater dining table, extra chairs and an outdoor box with kayak seats and accessories. All tv's are streaming only.
