Across the mud room, there is a reclining sofa. This home is a tri-level 2 bedrooms, each with a closet. There is an extra open space that we use as a kid's room with no closet and no door. There is a twin bed in this open space. Also, this open space has a desk to sit and work from if needed. There are 2 bathrooms and one towel warmer in the upstairs bathroom, which is perfect to wrap yourself in after your shower.
