The living area has a Floridian style vibe with couch and two comfortable chairs and another smart TV. The kitchen has an eat in area and is fully stocked with blender, coffee and expresso makers etc. It has plenty of dishware and all cooking utensils. The kitchen opens onto a screened and covered lanai with new furniture. In the large back yard is an outdoor patio with 2 large umbrellas, new Weber grill and new furniture for relaxing.
