If you are coming for the Leadville Race Series, the house is in a great location for all of its events. This home is a perfect base camp for all your mountain adventures! Built in 1882, it has a mix of new and old. The home comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6. Both bedrooms have queen beds with hybrid mattresses. There is a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 extra guests if needed and a pack-n-play for the wee-little ones. The en-suite bathroom is a full bath and the 2nd bathroom is a 3/4 bath.
