Florida room has a Murphy bed with a queen size mattress. Enclosed lanai to enjoy the beautiful weather. Living room has a wall mounted 65 inch smart TV, and both bedrooms have 32 inch TVs. High speed internet with streaming television.The closest pools are the Rio Grande family pool, the Chula Vista adult pool and the Tierra del Sol Country Club pool. Executive golf courses that are very close are Mira Mesa, Chula Vista and De La Vista. Closest championship course is Tierra del Sol.Location is fantastic! It’s a five minute golf cart ride to the Spanish Springs Town Square and a ten minute ride to Lake Sumter. So many shops and restaurants are very close.We do allow two small dogs — maximum weig
