Located in Lusby, Maryland, United States. Historic Rousby Hall, Waterfront, Patuxent River Summer dates are a one-week minimum, Friday-Friday. Rousby Hall is located on the Patuxent River, outside of Solomons Island with a view of the river's opening to the Chesapeake Bay. The 16-acre property is adjacent to our very private conservation area that borders our 300 foot private beach. The year-round property has a pier, in-ground pool (April-October) with amazing river views. The eat-in kitchen seats 6-8 and there is a large picnic table poolside including Weber gas and charcoal grills and a fire pit.
