We took the plunge and did a complete renovation from the ground all the way up to the tongue and groove ceiling. The home is a 3-2 featuring an open floor plan with a small kitchen, cozy living room, screened in back porch, two docks, and is located at the beginning of a canal with a beautiful view of the St. John’s River. Located just 20 minutes to Lake George, 30 minutes to Salt Springs, and 40 minutes to Silver Glen Springs by boat. The closest public boat ramp is 2 miles away by vehicle and 5 minutes by boat. There are 2 boat rentals within 15-20 minutes and great restaurants and bars by boat or car.
