It is fully furnished and located at 474 Overlook Ct., within walking distance of 3 Bears Resort and Jelly Stone Campground; located high on a quiet Cul-de-Sac, minimal traffic, covered deck w/beautiful view overlooking the Black River Falls Forest. Vaulted ceilings, full kitchen w/central HVAC, full bath downstairs and 1.5 bath upstairs, Internet, Wi-Fi, 55" Flatscreen TV in the living room each bedroom has a 40" Flat Screen all TV's are ROKU , washer & dryer. Outdoor fire pit w/grill and picnic table.Check-in is: 4pm Check-out is: 10amPARKING: Parking is allowed on the street only! Do not park vehicle(s) in or on adjacent property owners yards. They are highly sensitive to persons parking on their grass and in their yards. Privately owned GOLF CARTS are not allowed on 3 Bears Resort Property.The unit sleeps 8 adults and 4 children
