Lofty Haven with Panoramic Country View - I am not able to accommodate requests for booking closer than 10 days prior to your check-in date.- I need a 48 hour period between bookings to provide comprehensive sanitizing and cleaning. When bookings are close to each other, I must check-in with my cleaning staff to make sure they can be available before accepting bookings.- El Dorado County limits me to 10 people. 3 night minimum, except 4 night minimum Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving weekends, and Christmas and New Years. Nightly Rate is $320/night.- Other fees: $100 cleaning fee, $50/dog for whole stay, 10% El Dorado Co. Occupancy Tax is 10%.Security Deposit. A or B below: A. $1500 paid by check to owner. I will not deposit your check until and unless I need it for damages after your stay.
