The unit has a queen bed in the bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a queen Murphy wall bed in the living room. The sleeping area in the living room can be closed off with a privacy curtain and makes a cozy place to sleep by the fireplace. The condo is very comfortable for four guests and we prefer not to rent to larger groups. These are nonsmoking accommodations and we do not allow pets. We are on the fourth floor with elevator access, a covered parking garage, and a deck. Our condominium is among the nicest and best equipped one bedroom units in Winter Park. You will find down comforters on the beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and was remodeled with Italian cabinets, German appliances, and CaesarStone counters.
