Crouch is a small incorporated city (Garden Valley is the area surrounding Crouch), We only have about 170 folks, so if you’re worried about noise, the streets pretty much roll up at 9pm. Unless it’s the 4th of July!!!Crouch is a pretty laid back town, so be prepared to meet friendly folks, laugh, enjoy and relax. 2 Coffee shops w/food, Full size Market w/Deli, liquor & pharmacy, a 19 acre park with River Access, beach, basketball courts, pavillion & walking trail. Starlight Mt. Theatre/summer, fun little shops, Thrift store, 2 Rivers Grill just across the driveway, is a great place to eat, you can also go down the street about 5 min. walk to the Dirty Shame for food and a full bar, Farmers Market Sat/Summer. Wine Bar, & more! This property has 3 Bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 Baths (The half bath is Handicap/wheelchair accessible) In fact we have pavement all the way to the front door, and it’s all one level. Full
