Made by a fisherman, for a fisherman (and his family) so EVERYONE can RELAX. Fish Suwanee river or take the boat out in the Gulf of Mexico! Public Dirt boat ramp less than a quarter of a mile at the end of our road. Take your catch to the local restaurant and they will cook it for you, Or kick back and enjoy in peace! We do have a grill and fire pit out side of the patio. High speed patio fan and outdoor lights let’s you really enjoy the open patio. Fanning springs and Manatee Springs are close by for a fresh spring water dip! Ample enough parking for your side by side, golf cart, boat etc. We have 2 adults and 3 kids bikes In the shed. Playing cards, Large checkers and a few board games for your family fun night! We have even stashed a few extra fishing poles and a bait bucket just in case.
