Also, a balcony is accessed by both main bedrooms on the upper floor overlooking the canal and the wildlife marsh. Dogs (4 MAX). No cats allowed. The garage and shed will be locked. No guaranteed dock space is available (first come first serve for the subdivision). The community has a 5 MPH speed limit that is vigilantly monitored.
