All NEW- kitchen, floors, furniture, and freshly painted. We have designed this home for our family, so we made the decisions for our renovations with high end choices in mind. The home has 2 bedrooms, one queen and one with a twin and bunk bed. The home sleeps 5 very comfortably and has plenty of storage. There is a full-sized bathroom with tub. The kitchen is very well equipped with serving for 12, full sized appliances, and granite countertops. A kitchen table that seats 6. A full size front loading washer and dryer is located in the home as well. There is a side deck with lots of seating to enjoy dinner outside, a natural gas grill, and an enclosed outside shower. Our home also has central air conditioning and baseboard heating. Bed Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a wagon and beach toys are included for your convenience.
