We have been enjoying the Rhode Island beaches and salt ponds for over thirty five years and we are never bored! We built the home and are the original owners. This lovely home offers lots of light and space and is beautifully maintained. It is a mix of beach and contemporary with lots of room for everyone to spread out. It has three bedrooms, two baths, 2 living rooms/sitting areas, one with a with pull-out couch. You will comfortably sleeps eight. There is a nicely equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The screened in porch is located right off the kitchen and is a favorite feature of many of our guests. There are decks on both levels for sunbathing, ensuring you a spot in the sun all day long!
