This newly renovated cottage home is located on the pristine North Shore of beautiful Bear Lake! It has 50' of water frontage directly out the slider door. The lake has a sandy bottom and is shallow for a good distance off the shore making it great for families to relax and enjoy the warm shallow water in the summer. Relax on the large deck and enjoy all the lake has to offer. The cottage has a 14' aluminum boat, two kayaks, two paddle boards, along with rafts to relax on in the water. There are also water toys for the kids. There is a bonfire pit where you can enjoy a fire on a chilly night and the cottage does have a TV and Wi-Fi !The main cottage can sleep 8 people. The first bedroom has a king bed, a bunk bed, and a slider that opens up to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living area has a fold out sofa. There is one full bathroom located in the main house with a shower. On
