This is the only home in this area with a large oceanfront grass yard. The home is perfect for families to comfortably spend time inside and outside together. The home has just been completely remodeled inside and out and has an updated look along with the character Encinitas is famous for. The home includes 2 private parking spots, 2 soft surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the beach. The bedrooms are well acquainted with King beds and matching bedroom sets. One futon is located in the second bedroom for an extra sleeping space (sheets/blanket/pillow provided). The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted for our guests. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town, with modern
